Thank you for your registration into a Road Rules Driving School course. We want you to know
that as our customer, your goals become our goals. In fact, we want nothing but a lifetime of
safe driving for our customers!
Upon receiving payment and completion of the course, we will email a letter of completion to
yourself and any other parties (legal representation, probation office etc.) you choose to provide
us (contact information).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER FOR ROAD RULES DRIVING SCHOOL (RRDS): VIDEO CONFERENCING IMPAIRED AWARE COURSE

I agree to the following:

• I consent to communicating with Road Rules Driving School including text messages (RRDS).
• I understand that the course will be completed virtually and RRDS will not be recording any portion of the course and I agree that I will not record or copy any portion of the course (video or audio).
• I understand that RRDS cannot guarantee the privacy and security of my network connection. I am responsible for ensuring that my network connection is secure.  Please note that we have taken every step to ensure the meeting is secure including using a waiting room and locking the meeting once it is underway so no one else can enter.  I agree that RRDS cannot guarantee the privacy and security of the location where I am conducting the session. I will exercise good judgment in the location of my session.
• I understand that the course is not a substitute for counselling.
• All of the information referenced in the Registration Form attached hereto is true and correct.
• In conducting the course, RRDS will be privy to what may be otherwise personal and confidential information. I also further acknowledge, agree, and understand that some of this information may be made available by RRDS to the appropriate licensing body, appropriate court of law, and my lawyer if one is engaged (hereinafter referred to as “Authorized Recipients”).  I acknowledge that any personal or confidential information recorded by RRDS may be made available to any one or more of the Authorized Recipients.  I hereby waive any right that I may have to make a claim of any nature whatsoever against RRDS.

I certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of the Attorney General, Ontario Court of Justice, and my legal counsel (see above).
